Does anybody have a website where there are the floorplans of homes from the past few years ?

There is a guy who sells a CD with almost all the floorplans for almost all of Orange County: www.insidetract.com

This is probably the site EvaLSeraphim is talking about :)

It's primarily sold to realtors and it is not web based. If anyone knows where to get this kind of info, let me know. I tried Irvine City Hall but was unable to get it. If someone can provide the info, I will seriously considering building a web based system to provide this info for free!

It takes plenty of effort to compile, organize, and store data like this, especially over time.

I'd be shocked if anyone had it for free.

After getting past an annoying intro, there is a link to "floor plans." But I'm not sure exactly where these housing tracts correspond to (West Irvine, Northwood, etc?). I did think about investing some time into trying to link the inside tract info (mentioned above) to the housing tracts by the builder, etc., but I gave up on the endeavor. After looking at a few open houses and a few photos on ziprealty, I could match the house to the floor plan, but I haven't compiled them into much of anything.

If you do, do share!

Here's Turtle Ridge (and Newport Coast)

Here's Quail Hill

Here's Oak Creek

Reviving a really old post here, but came across a realtor site that has all of the floorplans for each tract in Northpark, Northpark Square, and Northwood Pointe. This information is proving really valuable as I continue the countdown to my January 1, 2009 purchase (yes, yes --- I know the bubble won't be totally deflated by then). If you are targeting these same areas, you might find it useful:

I've bookmarked the insidetract site. For $100, when I start seriously looking, I suspect being able to drill down to the address and ascertain the floor layout without driving out will save massive amounts of time and frustration.

I'll also ask for and demand it from my REALTOR(tm), if it's $100/year, there's little reason for them not to have it IMHO and if they did, they could spend 30 minutes with a client figuring out what floorplans they were interested in instead of just shilling home that meets the bedroom count requirement.

OMG, the voice effects on the demo are hilarious.
