Do resales in Woodbridge have a legal disclosure about the plume?

Brought up in the Augusta thread, but does Woodbridge have the same covenant for disclosure?  Any realtors or homeowners in Woodbridge care to divulge?  No wonder the ducks/geese in the lakes are huge...

I don't think so.  But neither does Augusta.  Are you sure it's not the disclosure about the soil?  Or not planting trees?  Or carnivorous purple bunnies?

Woodbridge legally is required to disclose the Plume but the wordings does not explicitly say you can't eat what you grow. Tustin Legacy unfortunately consulted with liability conscientious attorneys and came up with a word clause that became the single point of failure for the development.

First off mr. tester or testor, I never claimed to have scanned that picture. If you read my post, I said something I had posted previously. If you look at previous postings in this forum I had posted that before.  Why don't I talk about all the pictures you stole from the irvine company web site. I see many of your postings having taken pictures from that site.

Woodbridge is smart by using a vague language rather than being specific like Tustin Legacy. Similar conditions but buyers are more comfortable in buying into Woodbridge. Tustin's poor absorption and its future are hindered by those 5 words. "Don't eat fruits you grow". Learn from the master of disguise my friend from the expert who could paint a freeway on ramp property into a coastal property, a former pesticide plot and landfill proper into a dream village and a prison yard buffer into hills of Tuscany. Used car salesman and politicians are the master of words and illusionist of hope and promises.

Guys, fighting for credit is just petty. You both brought this excerpt to light and I appreciate the time you both spent in posting it.

He misunderstood what I meant.  That image is from Tustin Legacy disclosure not Woodbridge.  Now you think "Woodbridge is smart by using a vague language rather than being specific like Tustin Legacy".  This is how misinformation gets spread.

Once a bad thing is let out it is really hard to retract.

The clause you are referring to never existed and hence never let out.  The only thing out is liberal media lies.

If you really want anyone not living there to believe you, please plant some fruit trees in your backyard and attach a video of you and your family eating from it. Then I might just believe you...probably not.

On a serious note, do NOT worry. Asian FCB's can't read english and their asian realtor is greedy as hell. The realtor would never disclose that info to the buyer in their native tongue if it meant risking the commission.

Don't go around stereotyping Asian realtors. They are honest and ethical. They tell the buyers the fruits are for the kitchen God and don't eat them.
