Delisting and relisting a home

I recall 26 Maywood being on the market just last week.  It shows day one today.  I thought you had to delist for 60 days before you relist it for the days to start back at zero?

It looks like they switched realtors.  Does that change the days listed on the market?

Yes, when you change a realtor the days on market clock resets.

Yes, when you change a realtor the days on market clock resets.

However, CDOM does not reset unless you're off for 60 days or more.
(274 days and counting for this one).

This property has only been delisted less than 1 month.  I believe they used the same realtor.  How come redfin shows day 1?  It has not been 60 days since it was delisted and relisted.

It could be that Redfin only shows DOM (days on market) instead of CDOM (cumulative days on market).

How come previous price isnt available?  Does that disappear when you delist and relist regardless if it is has not been 60 days?

I believe Redfin doesn't show the old listing price if it's a different MLS ID.

How do you avoid the previous price adjustment showing on sites like Zillow? Delist and relist after a certain amount of days? Or is that impossible to avoid?
