Data modeling on the IHB!

I'm not sure I 100% agree with this model. I'm a big believer in the median though I can't argue with the rational of extracting outliers. Maybe it's because this model specifically removes data on potential buyers such as myself. I guess it's not personal.

Hedonic Housing Valuation is my new term of the week!

It is interesting, but model is just a theory. You may learn something from it, but you can trust it completely. Many try to timing the stock market with different models, in the end they fail terribly. The same thing applies to the housing model.
