Looking at CA court company's links in the other thread.. VTTM 17513 is the first true single family residence with driveway..Since it has the coveted 10'x10', thought it deserves its own thread.  No name yet.. but if they keep the "M" trend.. maybe "Mahogany" or "Mimosa" or "Myrtle" or "Macadamia" or my fav "Mistletoe"?

I guess this is Mulberry, I was confused

only 3 bedroom in 2200 sq ft?  hope lots of living spaces..

c'mon lucky 7's

flip it sideways.. and you get more yard.. a whole 28 sq ft..Here comes the world's smallest jumphouse :)

What is that weird symbol near the parks?  A Shinto shrine? Akuma appearance?

Yeah!  10 ft rear yard setback*!

Looks like Maricopa..except no park... C village?  You mean I have to cross a street to the school to get to a park?!  Boo....

I would question Mulberry as a "true SFR" even though it has a driveway and is off a normal street.

I don't know what it is, but downstairs it just doesn't feel like an SFR... maybe because the footprint is so shallow.

IP will start selling homes at this site when the homes at first  Mulberry site are half way sold.  Once this 2nd site were done, they will return to sell rest of home at first site.

At this 2nd Mulberry site, the home will get extra 2 feet deep of back yard then the home at first site according to the city record.

It's because the lot is too small.  Lot size at Mulberry is 3,400 sqft which is a joke.  Standard lot size is 5,000 sqft and for a million dollars you should be getting at least 10,000 sqft.

Not in Irvine or even Tustin Ranch and Columbus Square.
