Cypress Village - Jade Court or Caserta?

Hello,
I am evaluating buying in Cypress Village. What do you think about the difference between a "Condo" (Jade Court) and a "Townhouse" (Caserta)? I would like some of your expert advise on the drawbacks of a condo (does the owner own the land?), resale value, rental value between the two.
 
If your budget allowed, pick the detached condo like Jade Court.  Not just because Jade Court is detached (better for resale), Jade Court also has better floor plan.  And most important of all, the Jade Court wins the approval of our guru.

The volume ceiling is not available in all other active projects in the entire OC. The noise is unavoidable anywhere in Cypress Village whether you are 100 yards or 700 yards away. Stick to your choice and wait for your turn. That driveway parking next to the home would be a plus. I believe the structural framing is there where you could frame a 4th bedroom over the volume space in the future.
