Not sure why you're not finding anything. I just went on Redfin and looked at where CV is on the map and found 5 resales. One example below.

There's actually more.  Some of them aren't mapped on redfin.  Like 68 peppermint for example.

Less resales at CV probably due to the relative newness of CV compares to other slightly older villages.  The very fist home owner haven't even reach the 2 year mark yet, the very fist move in occurs in November of 2013.  But there's a few flipper home listed in the past and there's quite a few listed currently.

Also,  I believe you cannot resell the house until its been at least one year.  Many of the CV houses probably havent hit the one year mark yet.

There's no such rule anymore. 

Builders used to require home buyer sign an agreement for no renting nor for sale within 1 or 2 years but such rule are hard to enforce.  I remember during the 2004-2007 time frame, many new home at Woodbury had such a rule.
