Anybody have a good store for decent pork belly?  I figure several of the Asian markets in Irvine should carry it.  I'm trying to avoid running around to a bunch of different stores and don't want to pay the premium price for getting a whole belly.

I just want to be able to pick up a couple big solid slabs in the 1-3 lb range for a little curing and smoking.
 
yea, I figured I could get it at Whole Foods. I go there for milk when I want to make cheese.  I want plain old regular basic food staple pork belly.  Not pork belly equivalent of the pastured Jersey Cow milk I buy at $5.99/liter for cheese.

I've heard that some of the Asian market carry it like any other cut of meat in the meat counter. Right down to the $1.89/lb price. 

 
I am pretty sure Zion market and H-Mart sell the Kurobuta pork belly.  Not sure if they got the big slabs tho.  Good luck.
