Cost for Upgrades at Beverly at Eastwood Village?

Does anyone know what the cost of upgrades are at Beverly in Eastwood Village?

I'm considering doing the following with the Builder:

Downstairs recessed lighting.
Upgraded flooring in all bathrooms
Upgraded Kitchen cabinets and countertops
Upgraded Stove/Range

Is there anything else I should consider?

 
The design center can give you all this, any reason you want to know before hand?

My guess would be $20 to 30K not going too crazy.
 
I'd like to know for budgeting, prioritizing upgrades, making a nice to have list, getting quotes from contractors so I can compare. Figuring out how much it might add to my bottom line (property value/tax, increase in loan, etc.)

The design center won't provide this information until I have signed a contract.

To answer your question. It most likely be cheaper if you go with an outside contractor. But be prepared to deal with construction after the close. Also, you have to consider the delay and wait time of the outside contractor or maybe not.
