Does anyone have experience with these lawsuits? What are the pros and cons of joining? My main concern is being able to refinance or sell the property if there is ongoing litigation against the builder. The benefit is that I can get a nice check without doing anything. I'll let the attorney's home inspector find any small issue with my house and add it to the damage list.
