Clubhouse costs money to rent?

I thought all clubhouses were part of HOA and did not have any extra costs for residents to rent out?  The clubhouse at the Groves in OH has a fee to rent it out for residents. 

Aren't NP and WB free and they only take a security deposit that is refundable upon checkout?

I believe most clubhouses have a fee, that is more the norm than the exception.

IIRC, Tustin Fields had a clubhouse that was free to use for its residents.

Yes, Woodbury has a fee to rent the clubhouse.

Both NP and Woodbridge has fee.  Woodbridge is very reasonable though and I think NP wants indemnification from your home insurance as well.

Looks like they got rid of the weekend pricing.  I remember looking at it a few years ago and the prices were much higher to rent on the weekends.

$350 fee with a $1000 refundable deposit.

The clubhouse at Lambert Ranch also has a fee + refundable security deposit. I would think that's the norm.

$350 fee for OH - I wonder if the club house is larger than the NP one holding a larger capacity. At least the OH club house isn't so close to homes so you can crank up the music a bit
