I have a property in Chino and have noticed hoards of Chinese people moving in. Just wondering what has been the attraction for them? It seems in the last year, I have seen more and more of them move in. I am currently selling my property and most of those interested are Chinese. Are they opening a lot businesses around the area? Just curious.

perhaps it's the middle class chinese people getting priced out of Irvine and Arcadia

Chino or Chino Hills?  Chino Hills is an extension from Rowland Heights and Diamond Bar.

Probably a mixup over at customs.  Chino means Chinese in Spanish.
