Police are seeking the suspect in the incident which occurred Monday afternoon in Quail Hill.

Black dude in QH is unusual in of itself.

"The suspect?s vehicle is described as small, white sport-type vehicle.  It had a distinctive 6? black horizontal strip down the side of the vehicle and a tall rear spoiler standing approximately 18? off the trunk lid.  The tips of the spoiler were bent upward on both ends."

A foot and a half tall spoiler?  What is this a black dude driving a rice rocket?
