Chantory/Arborel in Turtle Ridge

I would love to hear your guys expert analysis on the Chantory/Arborel Development in Turtle Ridge.



There looks to be several ARBOREL models currently on the market. But the Chantory models are few and far between. I went to the pool there last weekend and it seems there are tons of familys and the environment seemed really nice!



Give me your thoughts on current price, models, neighborhood etc. Thanks in advance.

that is a great development for young families looking for a small-med size home (detached condos). arborel is the larger floorplan similar to mericort or portola spring's decada. chantory is similar to woodbury's cortile and quail hill's sage. there are some decent yards in this neighborhood compared to their counterparts in other villages, some of them with very nice views.



this neighborhood is likely to always command a premium because of the location but prices in general are still unbelievable. 1030 sq ft plan1 chantory's have sold recently for $565k. asking prices in the $900s for 1700 sq ft arborels. if you wait a while, homes on the summit will probably come down close to these prices.
