7. Cameron Diaz also has family in Villa Park and occassionally you might catch her with her family at the Orange Circle.

In the science field Dr. Richard Baick who is an Irvine native and a graduate of University High.

The artistic Spirit of Excellence will be honoring Jeremy Siskind, a graduate of Irvine High and highly distinguished jazz musician

University High graduate Nasim Pedrad, who is a current cast member of Saturday Night Live's 35th season. Both are also scheduled to perform at the gala.

- John Locke lived in Irvine before the plane crashed on the island.

Important (and creepy) correction; Locke was from Tustin before he be was thrown from the unlucky 8th floor of a tall building by his father. Conspiracy theories converge?

OLD thread. New post.

I was at Sports Chalet here by my  home in Foothill Ranch picking up some goodies to take to Mount San Jacinto for sledding.

I saw a familiar looking woman walking towards me. I knew her but couldn't remember where from. I was beating myself up to remember her name or at least which old job / school I knew her from.

Then I realized it was Brandi from Storage Wars. Haha!!

Local's list is quite comprehensive but missed a few.

Marlon Brando God Father fame, Mark Wallengren from Kost 103, John Lone The Last Emperior fame; and Adam Yahiye Gadahn an American who became a most sought after terrorist all lived on the same street in a quaint Orange County Neighborhood.

Zach de la Rocha of Rage Against the Machine also went to Uni.  But don't think he likes Irvine too much:

Speaking of UCI, Coco Lee studied Biology there and is Happily married to a billionaire. Her neighbors are Leonardo and Diana Ross. She spent most of her time living in HK instead of Beverly Hills. She has a home in Irvine too but I promised not to disclose her location.

Larry is a celebrity?? I don't know about that one.

I suppose she's technically a celebrity... Tina Yothers is from O.C. She hails from Whittier. I used to see her all the time when I lived not in O.C. but near where she lived in Ontario. Our kids went to preschool together and we also went to the same church. I'm not a person who gets star-struck but it's just very, very weird when your life converges with someone you "grew up with" during childhood on T.V. She is "Jennifer Keaton" for those who watched Family Ties.
