<p>Rock on! It almost makes me want to go look at builder models this weekend just to compare notes.</p>
<p>It similar to my impressions of Portola Springs, I looked at them in early February and the AC was on, on hard, and it was still warmish in the houses. My only thought then was wow, it's gorgeous in Woodbridge, cold in HB, and up here, there's no windows to open and it's hot enough to have to run the AC yet gorgeous outside. The patios are small and piled on top of each other, windows lacking, room layouts constricted, etc.</p>
<p>I don't remember if you mentioned it in your original post bkshopr, but one thing I always look at is if the room has potential for other orientations than what the model furnishings are. I've been seeing a lot where the only way you're going to be able to set the room up is like it is in the model. Literally, a bed can only go into the bedroom one way. etc. </p>
