Casero versus Primrose @ Portola

Opinions are appreciated. I liked Primrose plan 3 until I saw the layout of the buildings. I am now partial to Casero plan 2.

I actually just say both today.  I think Casero is better then Primrose.  There is more privacy on the side yards from the street since its elevated.

Casero has a better feel to me than Primrose... maybe it's the rounded corners.

Also... the master showers are smaller in Primrose.

I too like the Casero Plan 2 over the Primrose Plan 3 from looking at the pictures and floor plans.  I'm gonna be heading out to take a look at the models next weekend.
