How much to re-stretch carpet?  I have a few places where my carpet has a hump and needs re-stretching.

(Stores don't do re-stretch and repairs I do) Also stores have a much higher minimum.
Where would you recommend that we buy new carpet?
(places I recommend are warehouses that stock, not pre-ordered! for better price)
