My dad does great work and I'm sure he'll charge less than any other quote you might get (he'll only charge you for the labor and you buy the paint and supplies). He's a semi retired ex-contractor who's a pro handyman with all the tools. He upgraded my Irvine condo from stratch and has done work on a handful of other properties.
