Too close to ghetto Santa Ana. To me that's more troubling than the toxic soil.
Yup
Plus next to railroad track and fine view of concrete blimp hangar
No way Jose, not me

This isn't close to the railroad track. And c'mon your going to tell me the blimp hangar doesn't add character?

Technically it's a wood hanger.  It will look better with some trees around it.

That's close enough to hear trains go by.
When I'm relaxing in my backyard, I don't want to get disturbed by train noise and see jets flying by.
And no, the hangar does not add any character for me.
I used to work nearby the District and remember seeing that concrete monster everyday.

im closer to edinger than that listing and i cant hear the train, nor can i feel any rumbling.  red hill/edinger and harvard (between walnut and irvine center drive) are quiet zones, currently the train does blow its horn between harvard and red hill but that is because it is required to as it approaches the construction of the tustin ranch over pass.  but once the overpass is complete later this year the train will stop blowing its horn.
