I am on a call list for a new phase release and was wondering what I should expect from this call (I've been pre-approved and time stamped). If I get a call, does that mean I got the house? Am I expected to put the down payment? Anything else I should know?

Shouldn't you be asking the sales office instead?

You should ask what position you are on the waiting list. Because their could be a ton of people on the list. Doesn't mean you they will all purchase a house.

I would recommend to look other places. You might find something. You never know the price of the house, when they call you.

When (if) they call you, they expect you to make a decision, yay or nay at the time of the call. Then they move on to the next person on the list. If you choose to purchase the lot agreed upon, you will need to sign the papers and bring your deposit check.

If you don't get a call, most likely all lots were spoken for but keep going to the sales office. Sometimes things fall thru and you might have another chance at getting what you want.
