Note:  across the street from Cafe Hiro, on the Buena Park side, is a newish ramen restaurant called La-Men.  Unfortunately I don't have good pics of the noodles there, but it was fairly decent.  You can customize your ramen from an assortment of choices.

Was in the area recently and decided to try the coveted uni pasta.  Wife got the uni and I ordered the kurobata pork cutlet.  Also had the fried calamari (not pictured).  Everything was too rich for me.  Calamari was ok.. had a weird fried after taste, maybe old oil?  Uni spaghetti was delicious first bite and overwhelming rich/pukey the second bite.  I can't eat the whole rich dish by my self, an appetizer dish for me, definitely not an entree.  As for the kurobata pork?  If you like breaded fried fat and stringy connective tissue, this is the dish for you.  I'm not sure who likes to eat fried fat, but I was borderline coronary after this dish.  And it doesn't help with creamed scalloped potatoes, and creamed siracha laced pasta as side dishes.  Sorry gotta give this place a thumbs down.  Fusion fail

Thanks for sharing momopi!!  Just had dinner at Cafe Hiro tonight and really enjoy this place.  This place is very small but food, service was good, definitely will go back.
