Last week, I was at the Great Park Neighborhoods? Welcome Center at Parasol Park and the reps mentioned Cadence Park would possibly open this March. I also overheard the reps tell another visitor that Parasol Park was over 80% sold out after only a year since the grand opening. The rep mentioned pricing helped move Parasol Park homes more quickly.

I saw construction at Cadence Park too, but some models appeared they just finished framing with some windows installed and some still had a lot of work to do. We?ll find out soon if they will be ready for next month.

IHO, pricing could range from 600s/700s to 1,000,000+ for Cadence Park homes. I have not seen or heard anything about the home details for Muse or Evoke.

Lastly, Lyric by Tri Pointe appears to be the only builders who put up their estimated prices online for now (starting from the 700s to 800s) and that is for an 3 to 4 bedroom attached condo which range from 1,667 sq ft to 2,346 sq ft!

The salespeople at Parasol Park told me that Lennar at Cadence Park is ahead of schedule. I'm guessing the builders will push hard before the June referendum on the cemetery.
