I am looking to sign my contract for san marcos at stonegate this week and was wondering if anyone here got any soft of builder incentives or discounted closing cost recently?  Thanks in advance.

i didn't buy at san marcos, i bought at san mateo... i didn't get any discounts or incentives... other than a very small $1500 credit towards closing costs for going with their preferred lender, bofa.
