Got gold?

You could get a coupla cows too, if in the future you need milk,

and have a big enough lot.

(Not in Irvine). Miami Lakes was developed by the Graham Company,

(hence the Fla Senator, with brief presidential hopes). Their land was

originally a dairy, and to this day there are a couple of vacant lots

they didn't sell off with a few cows on them. The Grahams did not

over build, brought their product to mkt over at least a 40 year period, up

to the recent turmoil, houses in their developments always went for a

premium over similar homes elsewhere. Even with all that care, people are

now underwater in Miami Lakes, and the foreclosures are starting.

I tend to agree with CR, in the sense that I think the dollar has already depreciated as much as it's going to. The rest of the world thought "we're different, HA" only to find out they were in the same bowl of soup.

Seems to me it's a currency trade that got ahead of itself.

too much focus on the budget deficit. its a bad thing but it's just short-term cash flow. america's total liabilities is what really cares me but it's pretty much political suicide for anyone to touch the issue so it is what it is...
