Does that mean Columbus Grove will start offering basements?
Well played.

Read that article this morning and BRCM still has 5 years left on their Irvine lease so this may just be an expansion since they are at capacity. But since RoundCorners funds them so much with his mobile device obsession, they may just buy out the rest of Tustin Legacy and build their own homes for their employees (Capital Seafood Style!).

Second related note is BRCM is still reeling a bit from shutting the LTE business down late last year. The restructure actually hit some support departments as well. They'll no doubt emerge stronger as they shift strategy, but semi businesses aren't for the faint of heart. It's feast or famine.

Actually, BRCM has not shut down their LTE business yet.  It was just announced last month that they are looking to exit.
