Awesome! I bet this is someone who found the search function and found his answer.

But, as a change of heart... if the search function didn't give you the answers, or people feel as if the topic should be brought up again, then I think we should discuss it.

I am trying to deal with my addiction of posting the search button .jpg. The first stage is admitting I have a problem, and I love the search button .jpg, the search button .jpg is a beautiful thing, it is an addictive thing, but it can be abused and overused. I have hurt people with the search button .jpg, and I am not a hurtful person. Well... except for some of the Kool-Aid drunk bulls, but everyone here knows they deserve it. Anyway... baby steps, baby steps.

I am a long time lover of the search button...and a google search and reading the contract I have in front of me. :-) Essentially the contract stipulates that the seller won't take legal action if I were to pull out for a invalid cause, but they have full right to any and all of my deposit.

The gist of the situation - buying a townhouse in Temecula for $279,900 when SFRs are being sold for $220k and similar models in the neighborhood start at $199k is a STUPID decision. No matter how cool the model looks. And don't forget 1.9% tax rate and $251/mo HOA fees. Able to rent much larger detached home in same neighborhood for $500 less/mo and not be upside down in a property that will probably never appreciate back to the purchase price (at least not in my lifetime).
