Best teriyaki bowl in town? I nominate Sagami.

Medium well beef teriyaki bowl (normally I get medium, i had a little bit of the stomach bug, didn't want to take a chance)

Been going to Sagami even well before their weird remodel.  A bit pricey but you can taste the quality of the beef in their bowls.  Their sesame chicken is pretty good as well.  This shopping center has become a ghost town, Sagami is one of the few if not only remaining non-corporate restaurant here..

Ate here for the first time in I think a decade.

I remember when it used to just be a take-out location but now they have a small number of chairs/tables.

It was okay, a bit pricey and they had this weird dressing:

It's black sesame dressing and tasted really good like regular sesame dressing (a little sweet) but the color just throws you off while you're eating it. Like you are eating mud.

The salad came with my Chicken Teri plate.

I've had the Sesame Chicken (I think that's the first place I ever tried it years ago) so I wanted to eat something else. It was okay.

IMO, Flame Broiler is better, cheaper and gives you more veggies.

We haven't gone to Sagami in awhile.  Last time we were there, they told us we can't bring outside food in.  It's a juice box for the kid.  We're like fine, do you have juice?  They're like no, don't have juice.  Nice.  It's not like I'm whipping out a California roll pack from Costco.
