Belvedere Vs Piedmont which one is better?

Was looking at eastwood neighborhood the other day, any thoughts about Belvedere and Piedmont?
Also where is cell tower location exactly? could anyone provide any info.

I like both of them and I think both are excellent home with very good floor plans.   

Obviously there are price and size differences between these two but beside these differences, another major difference is the look.  Piedmont has very narrow lot so basically the entire front of Piedmont is the garage but the Belevedere has that classic SFR looks where the garage took only about half of the front footage. 

If the budget allows, take the bigger and more attractive one.

You can't spot the cell tower either?

It's located on Encore and disguise as an Eeucalyptus tree.
