Another new listing coming up...

The Barrington tract was completed by Fieldstone Communities in 2000 and 2001. This home is a plan 2, at 2236sqft with a relatively large lot (~4500sqft). HOA dues are $55/month, which cover the costs of the pool, BBQ area, and spa just steps away...

This is a 4 bedroom, 2.5 bath, 2-car garage home, being sold by the original owners. Pricing is yet undetermined. Staging and prepwork are about to get underway, but with some notice I might be able to provide previews before all work is completed.

Are you sure you are looking at Barrington SFRs? Or are you mixing this up with IR2's previous post about the Mandeville condo in West Irvine?

First off, a detached 4br SFR in the low $500ks is quite the Unicorn... even in West Irvine.

It will probably end up in the 725k range with multiple offers.

Same here... that's why I ran to Redfin to check out comps.

That same home sold for $844k in 2005.

I thought I posted in the Mandville thread.  haha  Damn I-phone.  This floor plan will sell for around $800k +/- depending on upgrades and lot size.

Closer to $800k.  Smaller 1,900-2,100sf homes are listed in the high $700s/low $800s now.
