Have anyone ever try this route? We saw a home in HB, starting bid is $ 300K. The listing agent told me you can view the home every single weekend lead up to the auction day.



Any advices?

don't waste your time.... cause there are alot of stupid people out there who will bid it up to get it. plus you have to beat the bank reserve before they are willing to sell it to you.
