We are getting ready to list our attached home with good sized back yard in Columbus Grove, neighbor's (same exact floor plan with smaller yard) is pending as SFR, another neighbor's with larger floor plan is pending as a townhouse. Is there a way they should be listed? Neighbor's "SFR" had multiple offers and I'm hoping we can attract some of the same buyers that didn't get it...

Is your home one of the Ainsley Park homes by William Lyon?  If so, then you should list the home as an "attached" SFR.  Let me know if you have any other questions.

Yes, it's one of the Ainsley Park homes. So when it goes into the MLS it should be a SFR and in the remarks say it's attached?
Really appreciate your help!

Your realtor will select the SFR option and then the Attached option.  No need to say its attached in the description.  Let me know if u have any other questions.

She said something about it not being listed as SFR so I was unsure. Thank you so much for the clarification and help!

Tell her to list it as an attached SFR because that's what William Lyon sold it as.  Good luck on the sale.

We gave a good hard look at the plan 3 at Ainsley park, they were about 600-615k and now it's selling for high 700s. Amazing.

"SFR" is single family residence. It is correct even if it is attached to another SFR. Since this is so damn close to Santa Ana this distinction must be communicated so no more than one family is allowed to live inside this structure. SFD is the term for single family detached.
