Arizona LLC buying investment property in Nevada.

I have an Arizona LLC that I want to use to buy an commercial investment property in Nevada.  Do I need to set up a Foreign Limited-Liability Company for Nevada? 
 
You'll need a certificate of good standing from NV.  Call the secretary of state and find out what you need to do.
