Area North of Northwood High School

Does anyone know if there is a plan to build right above Northwood High school? The basic infrastructure is in. I think it looks like a great area. Northwood High is a very good school so it is the perfect area to live with children. This area is on a little hill so there are city light views. Just curious...

I believe you are talking about Orchard Hills which has been delayed to a speculation date of 2012+.

Would not get too excited about Northwood High, I believe that area is zoned Tustin Unifed.

Take Culver Dr and project an imaginary straight line into OH. West of this line will be TUSD and East of the line Irvine school District. When a house falls into both zones have your children sleep in the master bedroom on the Irvine side and parents sleep in the tiny kids bedroom on the Tustin side.



The largest lots currently shown on the maps are to the west of this line.
