<p>1 bedroom + loft / 1 bath for $2200. Are they crazy? Modern style it says... but it only shows a sink and ugly furniture. It doesn't even list square footage, no garage... maybe it has a gourmet kitchen (ha). I've seen a different listing for a 1 bedroom + loft (not sure if it's the same floorplan) that has been available since beginning of december for $1375.</p>
 
LOL! Want to guess what their cost of ownership is? You can just see the mentality at work... Well, we can't sell it, so we will rent it out to cover the costs.

Obviously joking... You can sort of tell the place must be tiny with how cramped the photo with the tv/couch is.
 
<p>Someone with totally hammered credit who can't rent anywhere else might just take them up on this purely out of desperation. Then the owner, desparate himself, will get exactly the quality of tenant he deserves.</p>
 
<p>This find from redfin seemed like a good "are they crazy" home. I hope that someone can tell me how many times this place was used as an ATM... perhaps to pay for the 2 Mercedes in the driveway. 27 Stowe, Irvine, 92620. According to redfin, bought for 1,234,000 in October 2005 and now offered to you, the IHB buyer, for a mere 1,549,900. Only 225K more than they appear to have paid 27 months ago. How in the world do you add a picture on this site...? Oh, that's how.</p>
