Architecture Firm Responsible For New Irvine Villages

I happen to stumble upon JZMK Partners, an architecture firm located in Costa Mesa and find out that they are responsible for design some of the newest villages and homes here at Irvine.   

If you ever wondering who design the Woodbury, Orchard Hill, and Portola Springs for the TIC, it's JZMK Partners.  They also did Baker Ranch and Tustin Field.  Click to go on to their website and click on Planning.  Lot of interesting map of their project there.

Their residential portfolio are equally impressive.  Just look at all the awards they getting from the home they design for Brookfield, Willian Lyon, Standard Pacific and The New Home company just name a few.

And one of their latest project is the Legado at Portola Springs for Brookfield Homes and now I know why I like Legado's floor plan. http://blog.jzmkpartners.com/?tag=brookfield

Their next project is a attached/detached home at Portola Springs neighborhood 5A.  Its a same 6 unit motor court home as Legado and range from 2110 s.f. to 2441 s.f.
