Compared to the pics on houzz, your install looks pretty jacked up. I would show them the pics of the houzz install. Even then the bastards will lie to your face and say they look identical.

I don't see how you could not win if you went to arbitration/court. I'm guessing they would fix it as soon as you take the necessary steps to start arbitration. Sucks that it would need to get to that point for them to do anything. Reminds me if insurance companies that automatically deny the first claim.
