I'm trying to find an apartment for a new engineer here at work. What would be the appropriate tool to use?

I'll be looking for a new place soon since my friggin' leasing office just gave me a letter stating that I can only get a 2 month lease since they want to remodel. I was really hoping that housing would have crashed harder by now but it looks like I have to hold out longer!
