Anyone use OC Flooring?

Hello everyone.  I have been doing research on hardwood flooring.  I have it down to a few vendors. Both use T-21 glue and include demolition and installation.  Both provide lifetime warranty on the installation.  (assuming they are in business that long!)

OC Flooring in Newport Beach.  Owner Sam is really nice and seems like he has been doing this for awhile.  However, he has no Yelp reviews.  I can't seem to find any references.http://www.yelp.com/biz/oc-flooring-newport-beach-2

Hardwood Flooring Depot.  Owner Reza seems knowledgeable but he seems like he has too much on his plate.  His prices are reasonable but doesn't seem like he runs a tight ship.  He has 28 reviews on Yelp.http://www.yelp.com/biz/hardwood-flooring-depot-irvine?osq=hardwood+flooring

Has anyone used OC Flooring?  Sam is really patient and has good recommendations, he is really responsive and doesn't come off as cocky.  I just don't know how his work is.  It ultimately comes down to the installers.  Can anyone used either or help?

Not sure about OC Flooring but currently on day 2 of 3 of a Hardwood Flooring Depot install. Looks like good work so far although I'm not an expert in hardwood flooring. One thing I liked is Reza gives a lifetime warranty on the work and I haven't paid him a dime yet, he collects after the job is done. Kind of unheard of for contractors to not ask for at least half up front on a five figure project.

They can always put a mechanics lien on your house. So they may not get paid now but they eventually will. But not charging anything upfront is a good indicator.  They are putting their money where their mouth is.

I just saw this posting. I used OC Flooring and their work was fantastic and the price was pretty competitive. They are not on Yelp but I did my research, spoke to Sam multiple times, and took a chance. PM if you have any questions.
