<p>I love checking out this site everyday to keep my eye on the Irvine market. We may also move to the Santa Clarita area, anyone know of any sites like this that focus on that area?</p>

I asked months ago about one for Miami or the space coast, and nobody, including me, came up with anything. Certainly not like IHB. IHB seems unique. Other linked sites are nice, but nothing like IHB.
 
Yeah, that blog is run by a realtor. You should have read some of the crap that was being put up even a few months ago. They were the poster child for bubble denial.

I've been trying to study the market the best I can, huge huge price differences between homes on the same block. I have found some nice homes sitting right about $200/sqft which is what we sold our home for in 2003. Most still are hoping for $300/sqft and above.
