I was just reading an article on social clubs (aka gentlemen's clubs of yore) and I did not know of Irvine had any social clubs (non-golf related) to speak of. Does irvine have any and what types may they be?
Any private social clubs in Irvine?

<p>None of these, however, are as old as Olympic, Bohemian, or the PU clubs. If you go to LA, you will find clubs that old. There may have been some surrounding the ranching and packing industries, but you would have to check with the historical society on that. Remember, OC is a 'burb, and not a metropolitan city.</p>

There are some AA meetings at the churches.......I think mariners has one on Sunday night.
