We are 4 very responsible college students looking for housing (2 bed/2 bath or 3 bed/2 bath) beginning this summer ready for move-in early to mid August (which is around the end of our current lease). The location MUST be near UCI and MUST also be convenient (<strong>LOTS OF PARKING IS REQUIRED</strong>). We have been living in a house this past year and so we can provide our landlord as a reference in good faith (we are moving out b/c of its far distance from UCI). We also have a reliable guarantor, good credit and we all hold steady jobs. It is also extremely important that the house/townhouse <strong>NOT BE OWNED BY THE IRVINE COMPANY</strong> since we have had a bad experience with carports and driving around looking for parking. Price range must be around $2000. Thank you for your time!
 
We are desperately looking for a lease in Irvine near UCI. We are looking for 3br/2ba ready for move-in ASAP! Hopefully those of you who were planning on selling their home is ready to enter the leasing market? :)
