Any news from Mendocino?

not in the loop with mendocino, so i have no idea...but it wouldn't surprise me at all if they were having problems selling plan 1 and 3....Plan 2 is the most traditional, and the least objectional...though I still have issues some of the wasted space.  Regarding plan 1, Asians and Indians love their downstairs bedrooms and bathrooms because they are perfect for when their parents visit from the homeland.  I know it sounds like generalizations here, but I've been the models a few times, and I've heard that exact conversation each time I've been in plan 1.  And everyone here knew they were going to have a hell of a time selling that side entry garage.  Out of curiosity, does anyone know if there are there any flag lot plan 3s??
