Finally had a chance to eat at the Animal Restaurant after seeing it on the Layover with Anthony Bourdain. Loved the food but didn't care too much for the hipster atmosphere.
I didn't get a chance to take a picture of the Foie Gras Spam Loco moco dish, that was one of my favorites there.

Smoked trout salad
Pork Belly Sandwiches. Absolutely a must order! Fatty and rich, melts in your mouth
Foie Gras Biscuit topped with Maple Gravy. This one is also a must order, the maple gravy goes very well with the Foie Gras.
Bone Marrow and Chimichurri. I usually really love Bone Marrow but I think the Chimichurri was too overpowering.
Flat Iron Potato Hash served with a Parmesan Truffle Fondue. The Truffle Fondue was rich and creamy, if they served me styrofoam with it I would have still given this dish an A+.
Polenta Bolognese. Hands down the best dish of the night.
