A new listing that we just put on the market last night. If IHO would consider moving to AH, this might be the one. Just sayin.

I don't see a virtual tour. I see a slideshow. When I read "virtual tour", I think "360 degree camera" like VPix. Have I missed the link?
 
The link should land on the "motion picture player" tab, and not the "photos" "maps" or "intro" tabs.

Personally, I don't care for the 360-view as the fisheye lens makes it difficult to get any perspective. Some people do like it, though, agreed.

I hope IR2 doesn't mind my own evaluation based on the pictures and the floorplan:

Pros:
- 2 bathrooms downstairs
- Large pantry
- Sink in laundry
- Nice pool/spa (we've come to like this feature since our kids like to swim)
- View lot
- Deck off a bedroom (although I think it would be better off the bonus room)
- 9000sft lot (wowsa!)
- Dual master closets
- Jack&Jill bathroom
- Large bonus room
- 2 bathrooms upstairs (besides the master bath)
- Master retreat
- 3 Patio covers
- And of course 3CWG

Cons:
- Laundry on 1st floor as pass-through to garage
- Aforementioned stove in island

It's amazing how much more $750k can get you in Anaheim Hills compared to Irvine... forget the house... just the lot size and view location is a great value. The worst thing about seeing homes like this... it really emphasizes the price/home disparity of Irvine... grrrrr.

P.S. I think this 'hood is called Summit Springs... not Pointe. And I think that rug in the picture is from Costco, we have the same one in our family room. :)
 
I noticed that this house has mello roos.  Is there a way to find out online how long the mello roos has left?
I know it can be from 20 ~ 40 years.  Being that this is a 1990s house, it should be almost over right?

would love to find this as well.  i was told to call the phone number on the prop tax bill and they can apparently tell you but i have never done it

MR Bond R-5 ($578.22/year) ends 11/15/2014.
Waiting for reply from Donna to find out when MR Bond R-9 ($565.68/year) ends...

both MRs are about the same as the MONTHLY in some of the new neighborhoods :(

MR Bond R-9 ($565.68/year) finishes in 2014, as well (no specific date, sorry)...
I did find out that this particular R-9 bond can't be pre-paid. Some can be. Each is negotiated differently up front by the builder.

Both people behind the phone numbers were very helpful, and I suggest you call if you have specific questions about another parcel.
