Those stairs leading out the front door will stop feng shui believers from even looking @ this house.

I've seen builders and remodelers turn the staircase sideways. I wonder if that bypasses the negative energy?

That general area is nice, Yorba Regional Park was one of my favorite fishing spots. However, park services doesn't clean the kid's playground enough and there's a lot of duck poop.

The homes built in that area, both on Anaheim Hills side and on Yorba Linda side, has many floorplans with stairs that face the front door. Back when I was shopping for a home in that area, I ended up buying in Placentia. The area around Rose Drive and Alta Vista is nice, for example:

Note the home has master bedroom downstairs, and the stairs does not face the front door.

Still kicking myself for not buying one of these 4 bed SFR's for $500k back in 2002. I paid over $200k for a 2 bed condo, should have bought the nice house and just rent out the bedrooms to afford it back then.
