My personal favorite is the Ford Econoline:

Equally at home in Turtle Rock, Westpark, or even Shady Canyon, I particularly like the early "Joe Dirt" meme.

Village people should get together like the Newport folks to mandate the pilots to shut off the engine of the plane during landing!!

If anyone is seriously interested, I have a friend who lived out of his Dodge van for about a year, with small 2 dogs, while traveling across the country. He had a custom external propane tank & water heater.

I lived in a Dodge Omni hatchback while I was attending college in Claremont. I put a car cover on the car so campus police could not see me sleeping in the car at night. The trick was to stay at the school library or computer lab until midnight and take shower early in the morning at the dormitory or gym pending on which door was opened. It was hard to live like that for almost a year before landing a janitorial job cleaning dormitory toilets to pay for my room and board.

... I bet TIC would love this. Think how many they could fit on an acre.

Westpark! I actually went and saw one of their "homes" when they were down here. I have tentatively put a small order in on one of the homes. It is a wheeled unit (163sqft unit). I'm developing it into a arts and crafts type house. I am working to see if we can use SIPS (structural instulated panels) to build the house quickly. It will take away some weight and increase the insulation, the downside is its not a conventual design, so it does require some work.

Anyways good luck
