Long time reader, 1st time writer (sounds like I'm calling into a radio show, doesn't it?) I started reading the Irvine Renter blog and forums when we accepted a transfer out here from MO. You guys successfully taught me what to avoid, and convinced me that it's best to rent, at least for a while. Now I'm settled into my little, expensive SFR and am getting things organized, both in the house and in our business. Over the past 6 months that I've been lurking around here I've found a lot of very good advice on all kinds of things, so I immediately thought of posting here when I was trying to find an accountant. We've recently been thrown into a business (family related) and need to find a good accountant in Irvine. We would be eternally greatful for any recommendations - or places to stay away from. Thanks!
