Woodbridge High may be the loser in the API race but they recently got 1st place in their division at an Academic Decathlon:

I guess Woodbridge isn't just sports and fine arts.
Irvine High also got 2nd in a journalism competition and Northwood High has been named a Grammy Signature School for the fifth time (music award).
Seems like many of the Irvine schools are well rounded.
