My random find of the night.

Phone rings "Hello. May I speak with Dirk Diggler?" "Uh who is calling?" "This is Bank of San Fernando and we are calling to let him know we have taken his home back." "Dude Dirk it's the bank they want their home back!"

This home is so Boogie Nights. It really could be a cool home and in 05 the property taxes indicate it was worth $2.2mil and this guy snagged it up at the auction for less than $1.4mil. Maybe if it included roller girl and the corvette I could justify that price.

I was thinking of dedicating the thread to you Trooper but I didn't think you would care for the 80s decor. Did you check some of the other properties on the site? They had quite a few desert properties including one in La Quinta.

Ah, what 30 years can do to a place.... WOW, that's actually not a bad price for a place that size, and in that location. Probably cost about 200K to bring it up to snuff. HEY ! I know, let's buy it and FLIP IT !! ;)

I also could do without air conditioning 7 bedrooms..... 2 are fine, 3 tops. I'm waiting until next year, and plan to spend about 500K for a very nice house with a pool. I should do well considering this market, and the fact that it's worse there !

I bookmarked the site, thanks Graph.
